数字经济时代下消费者对新媒体电商平台的感知研究 被引量:1

The Study of Consumer’s Perception on New Media E-commerce Platform under the Digital Economy Era

摘要 “十四五”规划的提出,推动新媒体与电子商务产业深度融合形成新媒体直播电商新业态。本文通过半结构化访谈与问卷调查的形式,针对消费者对新媒体电商平台的感知进行分析,将江苏省多个地区的消费者作为研究对象,分析消费者对新媒体电子商务平台的感知及认知。另外,通过问卷形式发现调研对象比较年轻,对于新媒体电商平台出现持认可态度,未来新媒体电商平台发展前景较好。 The"14th Five-Year Plan"is proposed to help the deep integration of new media and e-commerce industries to form a new format of new media live broadcast e-commerce.Through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes consumers'perception of new media e-commerce platform,takes consumers in many regions of Jiangsu Province as the research object,and analyzes consumers'perception and cognition of new media e-commerce platform.In addition,through the questionnaire,it is found that the survey object is relatively young,and holds a recognition attitude towards the emergence of new media e-commerce platform.The development prospect of new media e-commerce platform is good in the future.
