机械制造业故障诊断及如何对维修工程实施管理探索构架

摘要 机械制造业作为我国非常重要的基础产业,其在社会主义市场经济中的竞争愈发激烈。一方面要紧抓发展机遇,扩大发展规模,形成鲜明优势;一方面要提高产品质量,做好故障诊断以及维修工作,以此降低成本保证经济效益。故障诊断是在深入了解设备应用情况的基础上,对其整体或者部分做异常诊断,及时发觉相应故障并且进行预警的重要技术。通过监控、分析和判断设备运行情况,能够提高机械制造业的生产效率与产品质量,其重要性愈发显著。因此,本文通过分析故障诊断和维修工程管理,促进我国机械制造业长远、健康发展。 Machinery manufacturing industry is a very important basic industry in China,and its competition in the socialist market economy is becoming fierce.On the one hand,it is necessary to seize the development opportunities,expand the development scale,and form distinct advantages;on the other hand,it is necessary to improve product quality and perform failure diagnosis and maintenance,so as to reduce costs and ensure economic benefits.Failure diagnosis is an important technology to diagnose the abnormality of the whole or part of instruments on the basis of an in-depth understanding of the instrument application,detect the corresponding failure in time and give early warning.By monitoring,analyzing and judging the operation of instruments,the production efficiency and product quality of the machinery manufacturing industry can be improved,and its importance is becoming more significant.Therefore,this article analyzes failure diagnosis and maintenance engineering management,and promotes the long-term and healthy development of machinery manufacturing industry in China.
