涉水管材连接对水质安全的关键控制点研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取铜管、衬塑钢管和PVC-C管为研究对象,采用规范要求的静态试验方法和模拟实际的动态试验方法,分析管材、管件及连接方式对饮用水安全性主要指标的影响。根据评价规范的方法,3种管材均符合规范的要求,且对水质的不良影响极其微弱,而增加管件连接的管路系统对水质的影响明显大于管材自身对水质的影响。模拟实际运行的管材管件连接的动态试验结果表明衬塑钢管件会增加TOC浓度,以邻苯二甲酸2乙基己基酯为主,金属指标中,铅、锌浓度增加;PVC-C管路系统由于连接方式引入粘结剂导致水TOC浓度增加,其影响为1.012 1~1.089 2mg/(L·cm^(2)胶·d);紫铜管材紫铜管件的钎焊连接系统的安全性高,与紫铜管材一致,紫铜管材黄铜管件系统的组合有镍、铅、锌浓度增加的风险,黄铜管件带来的金属指标的安全性需要重视。 Copper pipes,plastic-lined steel pipes and PVC-C Tube are selected as the research object.The static experiment method required by the specification and the dynamic experiment method that simulates the actual situation are adopted to analyze the influence of pipes and fittings connection methods on the main indicators of drinking water safety.The results show that the influence of the pipe system connected by the pipe fittings on the water quality is obviously greater than the influence of the pipe itself on the water quality.The dynamic experimental results of the pipe fittings connection that simulate the actual operation show that the plastic-lined pipe fittings will increase the TOC concentration of the water quality,and the increased organic components are mainly 2-ethylhexyl phthalate.Among the metal indicators,the concentration of lead and zinc increases significantly.The PVC-C piping system has an increase in water TOC concentration due to glue used in the connection,and its influence is 1.012 1~1.089 2 mg/(L·cm^(2) glue·d);the brazing connection system of copper pipes and copper pipe fittings has high safety and is consistent with copper pipes,The combination of copper pipes and brass pipe fittings system will cause the increase of nickel,lead,and zinc concentration to a certain extent,and the safety of metal indicators brought by brass pipe fittings needs attention.The current evaluation criteria for wading products cannot fully and objectively reflect their impact on the safety of drinking water in practical applications,and certain pipe and fitting connection methods will also affect water quality.
