G1503跨吴淞江桥改建工程施工期间交通组织研究

摘要 在不中断高速公路交通的前提条件下,改扩建工程配套的交通组织设计显得尤为重要。现依托G1503上海绕城高速公路吴淞江桥改建工程,结合改建工程施工工艺,通过道路交通流量分析,预测施工后的交通运行情况,从而优化确定可行的交通组织方案。根据统计交通量,分析得到,周边高速公路存在分流潜力,而周边地面道路分流能力有限,且货车对区域环境影响较为明显。对比三种分流路径方案,施工期间的交通组织方案绕行确定了高速公路网络绕行的基本策略,通过较大范围的引导来缓解施工节点压力。交通组织方案实施后,为改建工程顺利推进发挥了保障作用。 Under the premise of not interrupting the highway traffic,the traffic organization design of the reconstruction and expansion project is particularly important.Relying on the G1503 Shanghai Bypass Expressway Wusong River Bridge reconstruction project,combined with the construction process of the reconstruction project,the traffic operation after construction was predicted through road traffic flow analysis,so as to optimize and determine the feasible traffic organization scheme.According to the statistical traffic volume,the analysis obtained that there was diversion potential of the surrounding expressway,while the diversion capacity of the surrounding surface roads was limited,and the impact of trucks on the regional environment was more significant.Comparing the three diversion path schemes,the traffic organization scheme detour during the construction period determined the basic strategy of highway network detour to relieve the pressure of construction nodes through a larger scope of guidance.After the implementation of the traffic organization scheme,it has played a guarantee role for the smooth progress of the reconstruction project.
