摘要
江汉油田江汉片区原油开采大部分进入二次开采阶段,目前以机抽增采方式居多。由于油井投产年限久,地层原因及工程因素的变化,部分油井维修作业周期变短,检泵作业增加了作业成本的同时,也对江汉片区产量带来了影响。为提高检泵周期,从检泵作业现场工作实际出发,针对不同因素影响,可采用清防蜡技术、合理选择防砂工艺、预防抽油杆断脱、管泵漏失治理、细化注采管理等应对措施。
Most of the crude oil production in the Jianghan oilfield has entered the secondary production stage,which is currently dominated by the mechanical pumping for increased production.Due to the long period of production of the oil wells,the change of formation and engineering factors,the intervention cycle of some oil wells became shorter;the pump inspection operation increased the cost,which also affected the production in the Jianghan oilfield.In order to improve the pump inspection cycle,and based on the field scenarios and different influencing factors,the strategies were adopted such as paraffin removal and prevention technique,proper selection of sand control technology,prevention of sucker rod break-off,tubular leakage control,and refined injection and production management.
