摘要
在中美战略竞争的背景下,印度作为第三方的地位更加突出。美国近年来希望借“印太战略”拉拢印度,成为对抗中国的伙伴。虽然印度与美国在防务安全等方面达成了一些重要合作成果,但美国对印度实施的贸易打压、对印度内政的批评,使得印度与美国保持了一定的距离。印度对美国“印太战略”没有显露出全盘接受的态度,反而显得比较犹豫。印度将更多地表现出偏向于美国对冲型伙伴的特征,在中美之间保持一定的战略平衡。
In the context of China-US strategic competition,the role of India as a third party factor has become more prominent.In recent years,the US has hoped to use the Indo-Pacific Strategy to draw India in as a partner against China.Although India and the US have reached some important cooperation results in defense and security,the US trade crackdown on India and criticism of its internal affairs have kept India at a certain distance from the US.India has not shown a full acceptance of the US Indo-Pacific Strategy,but rather appears to be more hesitant.India will show more of a bias toward being a hedging partner of the United States,maintaining a certain strategic balance between China and the United States.
