基于因子分析和聚类分析的学生成绩评价对预防医学专业人才培养的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析预防医学专业学生课程成绩,综合评价不同学生的能力差异。方法采用因子分析法和聚类分析法对福建医科大学2015级预防医学专业175名学生的47门课程成绩进行研究。结果共提取出影响学生成绩的9个潜在公因子,并得出学生在因子得分上的排名;系统聚类分析将学生分为3类,反映了每类学生的能力特征。结论运用多元统计学方法可客观地评价学生成绩并了解各学科间的内在联系,从而为专业建设、教学管理、教师因材施教及学生就业工作提供科学的参考依据。 Objective To analyze the course scores of students in preventive medicine and comprehensively evaluate the ability differences of different students.Methods The scores of 47 courses of 175 grade 2015 students majoring in preventive medicine in Fujian Medical University were investigated using Factor analysis and Cluster analysis.Results A total of 9 potential common factors affecting students’performance were extracted,and the students’ranking in factor scores was obtained.The students were divided into 3 groups based on hierarchical cluster analysis,which reflected the ability characteristics of each group.Conclusion The application of multivariate statistical methods can objectively evaluate students’performance and understand the internal relationship among various disciplines,so as to provide scientific reference for professional construction,teaching management,teachers’individualized teaching and students’employment.
