摘要
伴随着汽车领域的发展,汽车的相关维修人员相对比较缺乏。为了更好的解决这一问题,很多中职院校都开展了汽车运用与维修专业。现如今,很多中职院校的汽车运用与维修专业都采用现代学徒制的人才培养模式,但我国高职院校的教学模式在实践中依旧存在一些问题。基于此,本文主要对中职汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的应用现状、必要性、以及人才培养方法进行了研究,以便更好的提高中职汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养的质量。
With the development of the automotive field,there is a relatively lack of related maintenance personnel for automobiles.To better solve this problem,many secondary vocational colleges have launched automobile application and maintenance majors.Nowadays,the automobile application and maintenance majors of many secondary vocational colleges adopt the talent training model of modern apprenticeship,but there are still some problems in the practice of the teaching model of higher vocational colleges in our country.Based on this,this article mainly studies the application status,necessity,and talent training methods of the modern apprenticeship training model for secondary vocational automobile operation and maintenance majors,so as to better improve the quality of training of the modern apprenticeship talents for secondary vocational automobile application and maintenance majors.
