摘要
建立实验温度、应变率和试样厚度三种梯度实验,研究不同实验参数下,聚乙烯(PE)应变硬化模量的变化规律。结果表明:实验温度、应变率和试样厚度是影响PE应变硬化模量的重要实验参数;实验温度、试样厚度与应变硬化模量呈负相关关系,随着实验温度的升高,PE的应变硬化特性呈线性趋势逐渐减弱,随着试样厚度的增加,PE的应变硬化特性呈负指数趋势逐渐减弱;应变率与实验温度呈正相关关系,随着应变率的增加,PE的应变硬化特性呈线性趋势逐渐增强。
Three gradient tests of temperature,strain rate and specimen thickness were proposed to observe the change rules of the strain hardening modulus of polyethylene(PE)under different experiment conditions.The test results show that the key experimental parameters affecting the strain hardening modulus of PE are test temperature,strain rate and specimen thickness.The temperature and specimen thickness present a negative correlation to the strain hardening modulus.The linear strain hardening behavior of PE disappears gradually with the increase of the test temperature;the strain hardening behavior in a negative exponential trend of the material phases out with the increase of specimen thickness.The strain rate presents a positive correlation to the strain hardening modulus.The strain hardening of PE grows in line with the increase of strain rates.
