摘要
结合茂金属聚丙烯中试试样的性能特点以及常见用途,选取合适熔体流动速率(MFR)的中试试样与典型纤维专用聚丙烯和熔喷专用聚丙烯进行了对比评价。结果表明:茂金属聚丙烯催化剂的氢调敏感性远高于传统钛系催化剂,可直接生产纤维专用聚丙烯和熔喷专用聚丙烯;茂金属聚丙烯催化剂的活性随着氢气加入量的增加逐步降低,粉料粒径随MFR升高而变小,堆密度逐步降低;茂金属聚丙烯结晶度随着MFR增加而升高,平均相对分子质量逐步降低且相对分子质量分布变宽;茂金属聚丙烯的熔融温度、结晶温度较钛系催化剂产品明显偏低;茂金属聚丙烯的相对分子质量分布窄、灰分含量低、挥发分含量低。
Pilot test samples of metallocene polypropylene with different melt flow rate(MFR)were selected on basis of their properties and common uses to compare with typical polypropylene fiber specialty and melt-blown polypropylene.The results show that the hydrogen regulating sensitivity of metalcene polypropylene catalyst is much higher than that of traditional titanium catalyst,which can be used for fiber specialty and meltblown specialty directly.The activity of metallocene polypropylene catalyst is decreased gradually with more hydrogen addition.The particle size and the bulk density of powder product are decreased with the increase of MFR.The crystallinity of metallocene polypropylene increases with the increase of MFR,while its average molecular mass decreases and distribution of molecular mass widens.The melting temperature and crystallization temperature of metallocene polypropylene are obviously lower than those of products by titanium catalyst.Metallocene polypropylene has narrow molecular weight distribution,low ash content and low volatile content.
