摘要
目的探究运动疗法+康复放松训练对急性心肌梗死患者生存质量的改善作用。方法126例急性心肌梗死患者,按计算机随机分组法分成参照组和研究组,各63例。参照组行常规干预,研究组在参照组基础上行运动疗法+康复放松训练。比较两组治疗效果、心脏功能、生存质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.24%高于参照组的84.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左心室射血分数(59.27±5.13)%高于参照组的(53.14±5.29)%,6 min步行距离(431.34±15.29)m长于参照组的(393.72±15.76)m,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生理、心理、环境、社会的生存质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法+康复放松训练对急性心肌梗死患者生存质量的改善作用明显,且明显改善患者心脏功能,推荐使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of exercise therapy combined with rehabilitation and relaxation training on quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 126 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into reference group and research group according to computer random grouping method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,while the research group received exercise therapy combined with rehabilitation and relaxation training on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 95.24%in the research group,which was higher than 84.13%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(59.27±5.13)%of the research group was higher than(53.14±5.29)%of the reference group,and the 6-min walking distance(431.34±15.29)m was longer than(393.72±15.76)m of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of physical,psychological,environmental,and social scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of exercise therapy and rehabilitation and relaxation training can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
