摘要
目的评定非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的疗效。方法120例痛风伴高尿酸血症患者,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组,各60例。参照组患者实施常规治疗,实验组患者采用非布司他治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后肝肾功能水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮和肌酐水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(18.68±0.37)U/L、尿素氮(4.83±1.67)mmol/L和肌酐(95.87±9.23)μmol/L均低于参照组的(22.37±0.19)U/L、(6.24±1.51)mmol/L、(102.99±4.23)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率96.67%高于参照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症临床效果明显,能够有效改善肝肾功能指标,且不良反应发生率低,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of febuxostat in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with gout and hyperuricemia were divided into experimental group and reference group by random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional treatment,and patients in the experimental group were treated with febuxostat.The levels of liver and kidney function before and after treatment,therapeutic effects and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,urea nitrogen and creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the alanine aminotransferase(18.68±0.37)U/L,urea nitrogen(4.83±1.67)mmol/L and creatinine(95.87±9.23)μmol/L of the experimental group were lower than(22.37±0.19)U/L,(6.24±1.51)mmol/L,(102.99±4.23)μmol/L of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 86.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Febuxostat has obvious clinical effect on patients with gout and hyperuricemia,and it can effectively improve the liver and kidney function indicators with low incidence of adverse reactions,which can be used in clinic.
