摘要
[目的]确定5个外引花叶用工业大麻品种的特性,筛选适宜种植的品种以及可以作为优异种质资源的材料。[方法]以黑龙江省花叶用工业大麻主要栽培品种龙大麻5号为对照,针对5个国外花叶用工业大麻品种W1、W2、M1、M2、M3的适应性、抗逆性、丰产性及品质特性等进行分析,采用间比法,随机排列,不设重复。[结果]在试种区,5个品种CBD量从高到低排序依次为M1>W2>W1>M3>M2。[结论]W2和M3均可作为花叶用工业大麻品种在黑龙江省绥化地区种植,2个品种抗病虫害及抗倒伏、抗盐碱能力都呈中等或偏上。W1、M1可作为选育花叶用工业大麻品种优异种质资源,W3在品种抗性及CBD含量等特征特性上表现一般,不适宜推广或应用。
[Objective]Through this experiment,the characteristics of five introduced industrial hemp varieties were determined,and the varieties suitable for cultivation and the materials could be used as excellent germplasm resources.[Method]In comparison with Longta 5,the main cultivated species of cannabis sativa L.in Heilongjiang,the adaptability,stress resistance,high yield and quality characteristics of five foreign commercial cannabis sativa varieties W1,W2,M1,m2 and M3 were analyzed.[Result]The order of CBD amount from high tolow was M1,W2,W1,M3,M2.[Conclusion]Both W2 and M3 could be used as industrial varieties for flower and leaf cultivation in Suihua area of Heilongjiang and middle and late maturity varieties in Suihua area of Heilongjiang,the resistance of the two varieties to plant diseases and pests,lodging resistance and saline-alkali resistance were moderate or above.W1 and M1 could be used as excellent germplasm resources for breeding of industrial hemp varieties for flower and leaf.W3 was not suitable for popularization and application.
