摘要 文章以云盘小程序为载体,从用户体验要素中范围层、结构层、表现层三方面进行分析和研究。文章首先阐述了用户体验要素以及云盘相关内容;其次,采用问卷法、访谈法等方式定性定量分析用户,结合用户旅程地图确定用户使用云盘过程中存在的痛点,并据此进行基于用户体验要素的云盘小程序设计策略。通过文章的研究,探寻云场景下的更多可能性,使用户获得更好的体验。 The article uses the cloud disk applet as the carrier,and analyzes and researches from the scope layer,structure layer,and presentation layer of user experience elements.The article first elaborates the user experience elements and related content of the cloud disk;secondly,it uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze users,combined with the user journey map,to determine the pain points that exist in the user’s use of the cloud disk,and based on the user Experience elements of cloud disk applet design strategy.Through the research of the article,we will explore more possibilities in the cloud scenario and enable users to get a better experience.
