摘要 针对当前浮选柱自动控制的研究现状,考虑到传统的人工操作系统的局限性与当前自动化的不足之处,以浮选柱的控制机理为出发点,提出其工作原理及其控制的可实施性。主要从加药量控制、液位控制、给矿浓度控制、进气量控制4个方面着重分析控制过程原理及检测仪器的应用情况。其中,加药量控制主要探讨了给定加药量与矿浆流量以及矿浆浓度的关系;对于液位控制,主要介绍了两种不同的检测液位的仪器设备超声波液位变送器与静压式液位计;对于给矿浓度控制,主要讲述了底流泵频率与底流浓度的关系,并建立数学模型;对于进气量控制,主要讲述了其控制机理与结构,引出两种控制方式,最后探讨并提出浮选柱自动控制技术的发展方向。 In view of the current research status of automatic control of flotation column,considering the limitations of the traditional manual operating system and the deficiencies of current automation,the working principle and the feasibility of the control mechanism of flotation column are studied.The principle of the control process and the application of the measuring instrument are analyzed mainly from four aspects,including dosage control,liquid level control,ore concentration control and air intake control.Among them,the relationship between the given dosage amount and pulp flow and pulp concentration is discussed.For liquid level control,two different instruments and equipment for detecting liquid level,ultrasonic level transmitter and static pressure level meter,are introduced.For the concentration control of feed ore,the relationship between the bottom flow pump frequency and the bottom flow concentration is described,and a mathematical model is established.For the control of air intake,the control mechanism and structure are mainly described,and two control methods are introduced.Finally,the development direction of automatic control technology of flotation column is discussed and proposed.
