摘要
基于我国火力发电企业员工技能培训工作现状,当前形势下创新培训模式研究与实践对于保障企业的可持续发展很有必要。通过分析火电企业某公司内各区域的实际工作特点以及不同层次员工的技术水平差异,对燃料质检培训工作进行深入探索和研究,形成了具有针对性的创新培训工作模式,即建立数字化培训管理系统、制定个性化培训方案、实行“动态培训”工作模式、利用虚拟现实技术进行视频教学以及依托大数据进行规范化人员管理的创新培训模式。在创新模式下开展培训工作可从本质上缓解多年来燃料质检培训工作的不利局面,极大程度上提高燃料质检岗位员工的技术水平,为燃料质检验收工作的长期稳定发展奠定坚实基础,以期为燃料质检技能培训提供参考依据。
Based on the current situation of employee skill training in thermal power generation enterprises in our country,the research and practice of innovative training models are necessary to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises under the current situation.By analyzing the actual work characteristics of various regions in a thermal power company and the differences in the technical level of employees at different levels,fuel quality inspection training was deeply explored and researched,and a targeted innovative training work model is formed.Meanwhile,innovative training models including establishing digital training management system,developing personalized training program,implementing“Dynamic Training”work model,using virtual reality technology on video teaching and standardizing personal management based on big date were put forward.Carrying out training under an innovative model can essentially alleviate the disadvantaged situation of fuel quality inspection training over the years,greatly improve the technical level of employees in fuel quality inspection positions and lay a solid foundation for the long-term stable development of fuel quality inspection and acceptance work,in order to provide a reference basis for fuel quality inspection skills training.
