摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者血清肌酸激酶同I酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Mb)水平变化及临床意义。方法回顾性方便选取2019年8月—2020年10月该院收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者作为急性心肌梗死组,另选同期80名健康人群作为对照组。比较两组血清CK-MB、cTnI、Mb水平及各指标单独及联合检测的阳性率,并分析各指标单独及联合检测对急性心肌梗死的诊断效能。结果急性心肌梗死组血清CK-MB、cTnI、Mb水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=39.184、19.763、40.490,P<0.05)。急性心肌梗死组单独及联合检测的阳性率为68.75%、75.00%、77.50%、95.00%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=83.810、96.000、97.424、140.823,P<0.05);血清CK-MB、cTnI、Mb联合检测急性心肌梗死的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为98.75%、97.50%、98.75%,均高于CK-MB单一检测、cTnI单一检测、Mb单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CK-MB、cTnI、Mb水平在急性心肌梗死患者中呈高表达,各指标联合检测的诊断价值更高,更有助于评估患者病情。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum CK-MB,cTnI,Mb levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A retrospective convenience selection of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 was selected as the acute myocardial infarction group,and another 80 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum CK-MB,cTnI,Mb levels and the positive rates of individual and combined detection of each index were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of each index alone and combined detection for acute myocardial infarction was analyzed.Results The levels of serum CK-MB,cTnI and Mb in the acute myocardial infarction group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=39.184,19.763,40.490,P<0.05).The positive rates of single and combined detection in the acute myocardial infarction group were 68.75%,75.00%,77.50%,and 95.00%,which were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(χ^(2)=83.810,96.000,97.424,140.823,P<0.05);serum CK-MB,cTnI,Mb combined detection of acute myocardial infarction of sensitivety,specificity,accuracy were 98.75%,97.50%,98.75%,respectively,higher than CK-MB single detection,cTnI single test,Mb single test,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CK-MB,cTnI,and Mb levels are highly expressed in patients with acute myocardial infarction.The combined detection of each index has a higher diagnostic value and was more helpful to assess the patient's condition.
