不同材料、不同形状的固定土钉对振动波响应的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在通过加速度计拾取地面振动波加速度的时域信息时,如何选择合适材料和形状的土钉,以减少其不利影响极其重要。为选择合适的土钉,制作了钢、铝、PVC、木材4种不同材料和一字形、十字形不同形状的土钉,通过振击试验(原位试验),并辅以数值模拟分析(建立三维数值模型),对各土钉响应进行了研究。结果表明:1)土钉类似于小型隔振器,其接收的信号幅值小于地面直接接收信号幅值;2)钢、铝金属材料响应性表现极为接近,而PVC、木材非金属材料表现则较为接近,总体上金属类材料的土钉接收信号的幅值大于非金属类材料,因此考虑便携性,采用铝材最为合适;3)一字形土钉相对十字形土钉,其对中高频分量具有明显的衰减作用,此外其刚度明显不足,因此采用十字形土钉最为合适。 With the development of urbanization,rail transit has been vigorously promoted,but the environmental vibration problems caused by it have become increasingly prominent,especially seriously affecting the urban living environment. To reduce the adverse effects,it is necessary to study vibration isolation. In-situ tests are an effective means for investigating traffic-induced vibration problems. In the tests,a soil nail is inserted in the surface of the soil and serves as a platform to acquire acceleration data from accelerometers. In that case,the wave path of the vibrations is from the soil to the soil nail and then to the accelerometer. This paper focuses on how to choose suitable materials and shapes of soil nails to reduce the soil-nail interaction effects.Four types of materials including steel,aluminum,PVC,and wood are chosen. Two kinds of shapes( i. e.,I-shaped and cross-shaped) are selected. The study is mainly formulated by the vibration test( field in situ testing) and supplemented by numerical simulation( the three-dimensional finite element model is established and the calculation method of transient analysis is used). The result show that:( 1) since the material of soil nailing is different from that of common soil,the soil nail serves as an isolator and its received signal amplitude is smaller than the input ground motion;( 2) the response performance of steel and aluminum metal materials is very close while the performance of PVC and wood non-metallic materials is relatively close;the amplitude of soil nailing signal received by metal materials is relatively larger than that of non-metallic materials;considering the portability,aluminum is the most appropriate,( 3) compared with the cross-shaped soil nailing,the I-shaped soil nailing has obvious attenuation effect on the medium and high-frequency components because its stiffness is insufficient;as a result,the cross-shaped soil nailing is the most suitable.
