摘要
目的研究肾结石患者在输尿管软镜取石术期间接受综合性手术室护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年6月在该科接受输尿管软镜取石术治疗的72例肾结石患者,以随机数表为依据,分为对照组和观察组。使用常规护理的36例患者纳入对照组,使用围术期综合手术室护理的36例患者纳入观察组。对比两组术后排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间以及患者住院时间、并发症发生率、对围术期护理服务满意度、生活质量评分、疼痛程度评分。结果观察组患者术后排气时间、进食时间以及下床活动时间、住院时间等指标与对照组比较均发生明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(11.11%)较对照组的(30.56%)显著降低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.126,P=0.042);观察组患者满意度97.22%明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.033);观察组生活质量评分(89.04±6.40)分以及疼痛程度评分(2.06±0.32)分均优于对照组(79.38±4.89)分、(4.80±0.61)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾结石患者在输尿管软镜取石术期间接受综合性手术室护理干预,可以明显减少术后并发症的出现,缩短排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间,使患者对围术期护理服务的满意度水平得到显著提升,值得在今后的临床工作中广泛推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive operating room nursing intervention in patients with kidney stones during flexible ureteroscopy.Methods 72 patients with renal calculi who underwent flexible ureteroscopy in the department from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected.Based on the random number table,patients were divided into control group and observation group,using routine care of 36 patients were included in the control group,and 36 patients who used perioperative comprehensive operating room care were included in the observation group.The postoperative exhaust time,eating time,out-of-bed activity time,hospitalization time,complication rate,satisfaction with perioperative nursing service,quality of life score,and pain degree score were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group’s postoperative exhaust time,eating time,getting out of bed time,hospitalization time and other indicators were significantly shortened compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s complication rate(11.11%)was higher than that of the control group(30.56%)significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.126,P=0.042);the observation group’s patient satisfaction 97.22%was significantly higher than the control group’s 77.78%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.033);the quality of life score(89.04±6.40)points and pain degree score(2.06±0.32)points of the observation group were better than those of the control group(79.38±4.89)points and(4.80±0.61)points,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with kidney stones receiving comprehensive operating room nursing intervention during flexible ureteroscopy can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,shorten the time of exhaust,eating time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay,the satisfaction level of patients with perioperative nursing services has be
