摘要
目的分析康妇消炎栓联合金刚藤胶囊治疗盆腔炎的安全性及有效性。方法选取2019年1月-2020年6月该院收治的80例盆腔炎患者,以随机单双号法分组,单号者入对比组(n=40)予以康妇消炎栓单药治疗,双号者入研究组(n=40)采取康妇消炎栓+金刚藤胶囊联合治疗,对比分析两组治疗有效性、症状评分及安全性。结果治疗有效性比较,研究组综合有效率(92.50%)较对比组(75.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034);症状及体征评分比较,治疗前,两组症状及体征评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.212、0.127,P=0.833、0.889),治疗后,两组症状及体征评分均降低,但研究组较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=14.733、16.017,P<0.001);安全性比较,研究组不良反应发生率(5.00%)较对比组(20.00%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.042)。结论针对盆腔炎患者,采取康妇消炎栓+金刚藤胶囊联合用药治疗方案,可进一步提升治疗效果,更好改善患者症状及体征,且不良反应发生率较低,有效性、安全性理想可靠。
Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Jingangteng Capsule in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 80 samples of pelvic inflammatory disease cases in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into groups by random odd and even numbers,and those with single numbers were included in the comparison group(n=40)and were given Xiaoyanshuan single-drug therapy,double numbers were included in the study group(n=40)to take Kangfu Xiaoyanshuan+Jingangteng capsules combined treatment,comparative analysis of treatment effectiveness,symptom score and safety of the two groups.Results Comparing the effectiveness of treatment,the overall effective rate of the study group(92.50%)was higher than that of the comparison group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034);for the comparison of the symptoms and signs scores,there was no statistically significant difference in the symptoms and signs scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.212,0.127,P=0.833,0.889).After treatment,the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were reduced,but the study group was lower than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.733,16.017,P<0.001);for safety comparison,the adverse reaction rate of the study group(5.00%)was lower than the comparison group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.042).Conclusion For patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,the combination of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository+Jingangteng Capsules can further enhance the treatment effect,better improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the effectiveness and safety are ideal and reliable.
