摘要
目的研究乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者接受精细化护理的临床干预效果,并对护理效果进行比较分析。方法选取在2019年1月-2020年2月期间内于该院手术的80例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者作为该次的研究对象并且采用随机数字表法将这些患者进行分组,其中对照组40例,观察组40例。在两组患者手术后,对照组术后开展常规护理,观察组术后实施精细化护理。记录并比较患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平,调查患者并发症发生率、负面情绪及满意度情况。结果护理前测定两组患者的血糖值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后相比于护理前两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均有明显降低,并且观察组护理后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组的术后并发症发生率及负面情绪评分明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者对护理工作的总体满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后进行精细化护理不但能让患者维持血糖稳定,同时,还可以有效地降低患者术后并发症发生率,缓解患者不良情绪,进而获得患者的满意与认可,可在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective To study the clinical intervention effect of refined nursing for patients with breast cancer and diabetes mellitus,and to compare and analyze the nursing effect.Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus who were operated on in the hospital between January 2019 and February 2020 were selected as the research subjects of this study,and these patients were divided into groups using a random number table method,of which 40 cases were in the control group,40 cases in the observation group.After the operation of the two groups of patients,the control group carried out routine nursing care,the observation group carried out postoperative refined nursing care Recorded and compared the fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose level of the patients 2 h after meal in detail,and investigated the incidence of complications,negative emotions and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The blood glucose values of the two groups of patients were measured before nursing,the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups before nursing,the fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were significantly lower after nursing,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group after nursing was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and negative emotion scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,patients in the observation group had higher overall satisfaction with nursing work.the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined care for patients with breast cancer combined with diabetes after surgery can not only keep the patient’s blood glucose stable,but also effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and relieve the patient’s
