糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床意义分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月于该院就诊并确诊为2型糖尿病106例患者为研究对象,并命名为研究组,选取同时期来该院体检中心进行常规体检的106名健康者为观察对象,并命名为对照组,检查每组患者的血糖和血脂各指标水平,采用统计学的方法对两组患者的检测结果进行对比分析。研究组治疗3个月后,比较分析研究组治疗前后血糖和血脂各指标检测结果。结果研究组的FPG(9.78±2.68)mmol/L,2 hPG(14.45±3.57)mmol/L,HbA1c(9.56±2.04)%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的TC(5.86±1.54)mmol/L,TG(2.91±1.64)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.67±1.13)mmol/L,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的HDL-C(1.13±0.69)mmol/L显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组治疗后的TC(5.19±2.67)mmol/L,TG(2.32±1.84)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.15±2.06)mmol/L,FPG(7.86±4.15)mmol/L,2 hPG(11.69±6.13)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.12±1.91)%,显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的HDL-C(1.47±0.78)mmol/L显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白与血脂相关生化指标是检测2型糖尿病优秀指标,在2型糖尿病的诊断及预测未来风险方面具有显著的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid testing in the detection of type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 106 patients who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 as the research objects,and named the research group,and selected 106 healthy people who came to the hospital’s physical examination center for routine physical examination during the same period.Observed the object and name it as the control group,checked the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of each group of patients,and used statistical methods to compare and analyze the test results of the two groups of patients.After 3 months of treatment in the study group,the test results of blood glucose and blood lipids of the study group before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The FPG(9.78±2.68)mmol/L,2 hPG(14.45±3.57)mmol/L,HbA1 c(9.56±2.04)%of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),TC(5.86±1.54)mmol/L,TG(2.91±1.64)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.67±1.13)mmol/L in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the HDL-C(1.13±0.69)mmol/L of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the study group’s TC(5.19±2.67)mmol/L,TG(2.32±1.84)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.15±2.06)mmol/L,FPG(7.86±4.15)mmol/L after treatment/L,2 h PG(11.69±6.13)mmol/L,HbA1 c(6.12±1.91)%,significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the HDL-C(1.47±0.78)mmol/L was significantly higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biochemical indicators related to glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids are excellent indicators for detecting type 2 diabetes,and have significant clinical application value in the dia
