摘要
目的分析基于思维树的功能锻炼护理模式在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月该院收治的乳腺癌根治术患者86例,按照随机分配法将86例患者分为常规组和观察组,常规组采用传统术后患肢功能指导训练护理模式,观察组在常规组的基础上运用思维树的功能锻炼护理模式,对比两组患者患肢功能情况、肩关节活动恢复度以及术后并发症等指标。结果观察组患者的患肢功能锻炼效果评分明显低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=13.346,P<0.001),说明观察组患者的患肢功能锻炼效果优于常规组。观察组患者的肩关节优良率为95.35%,明显高于常规组的69.77%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.057,P=0.001),说明观察组患者的肩关节活动度优于常规组。观察组患者的并发症发生率为6.98%,明显低于常规组的23.26%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.441,P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌切除术患者采用基于思维树的功能锻炼护理方法,通过形象性思维引导患者开展患肢功能锻炼,能够有效提升患肢恢复效果,缩短住院时间,减少患肢术后并发症,该护理方法值得在临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of functional exercise nursing model based on thinking tree in patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing radical mastectomy in this hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the random allocation method,86 patients were divided into a routine group and an observation group.The routine group was guided by traditional postoperative limb function training nursing mode,the observation group used the mental tree functional exercise nursing mode on the basis of the routine group to compare the function of the affected limb,the recovery degree of shoulder joint movement and postoperative complications and other indicators of the two groups of patients.Results The functional exercise effect score of the affected limb of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=13.346,P<0.001),indicating that the functional exercise effect of the affected limb of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group.The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than the 69.77%of the conventional group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.057,P=0.001),indicating that the shoulder joint range of motion of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group.The complication rate of the observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than the 23.26%of the routine group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.441,P<0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer patients undergoing breast cancer resection,the use of thinking tree-based functional exercise nursing methods,and guiding patients to carry out functional exercises of the affected limb through visual thinking can effectively improve the recovery effect of the affected limb,shorten the hospital stay,and r
