用于固定微生物的高内相乳液聚合稳定性的研究

摘要 以高内相乳液聚合技术得到三维高度通透固定微生物的聚合物载体。研究了不同亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)的表面活性剂体系对油包水型高内相乳液的稳定作用,以及离子强度、单体组合和细菌培养条件的影响。结果表明:Span 80-Tween 80的乳化剂组合在HLB为5时对油水模拟体系的稳定性最好,在水相中升高离子强度会降低体系稳定性。苯乙烯-二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯的最佳质量比为4:1。水相亲水性增加会降低转折点水相比例,而增加细菌浓度则可得到更稳定的乳液。 A three-dimensional and highly permeable polymer carrier for immobilizing microorganisms is obtained by high internal phase emulsion polymerization technology.The effect of different hydrophilic equilibrium(HLB)surfactant systems on the stability of water-in-oil high internal phase emulsions,as well as the effects of ionic strength,monomer combination and bacterial culture conditions were studied.The results show that the emulsifier combination of Span 80-Tween 80 has the best stability for the oil-water simulation system when HLB is 5,and the stability of the system will be reduced when the ionic strength increases in the water phase.The best mass ratio of styrene to ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is 4:1.An increase in the hydrophilicity of the water phase will lower the turning point water phase ratio,and an increase in the bacterial concentration will result in a more stable emulsion.
