摘要
目的探讨尼斯结在锁骨中段骨折蝶形骨块中的临床疗效。方法2018年1月至12月南京中医药大学无锡附属医院收治锁骨中段骨折患者18例,男13例,女5例,年龄26~70岁,均有蝶形骨块,行锁骨骨折切开复位锁定接骨板内固定,蝶形骨块复位后给予尼斯结环扎固定治疗,术后定期随访,观察患者的锁骨骨折愈合情况,评定肩关节疼痛、功能、活动度等。结果18例患者均获得随访,随访时间为6~9个月,骨折均愈合,无内固定断裂、松动、移位,按照Neer系统进行评分,优良率100.00%(优17例,良1例)。结论在带蝶形骨块的锁骨中段骨折中应用尼斯结能相对坚强固定骨折,有效促进骨折愈合,早期活动肩关节,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nice knot in the treatment of sphenoid bone block of middle clavicle fracture.Methods From January to December 2018,18 cases of middle clavicle fracture were treated in Wuxi Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all of them had sphenoid bone blocks.There were 13 males and 5 females;they were 26-70 years old.They were treated with open reduction and locking plate internal fixation of clavicle fracture.After sphenoid bone block reduction,they were given nice knot cerclage fixation.Regular postoperative follow-up was carried out to observe their healing of clavicle fracture and to evaluate their shoulder joint pain,function,and range of motion.Results All the 18 patients were followed up for 6 to 9 months.All the patients healed,without internal fixation fracture,loosening,and displacement.According to the Neer system,the excellent and good rate was 100.00%(17 excellent and 1 good).Conclusion In the middle clavicle fracture with sphenoid bone block,the application of nice knot can relatively firm the fracture,and effectively promote the fracture healing and early movement of shoulder joint,and has good clinical effect.
