MiR-27与miR-29在糖尿病肾病发病中的作用及相关中药研究应用 被引量:7

Role of miR-27 and miR-29 in the Pathogenesis of Diabetic Nephropathy and Related Chinese Medicine Research and Application

摘要 糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)最常见的微血管并发症之一,也是造成患者出现终末期肾病(End-stage renal disease,ESRD)的重要原因。研究发现,微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)与 DN 的发生发展关系密切。MiR-571、miR-152、miR-1303、miR-192、miR-200、miR-21、miR-146、miR-23、miR-145、miR-126、miR-377 等多种 miRNAs 均参与了 DN 的发生发展过程。基于文献和课题组前期高通量测序筛选,对其中的差异miRNAs进行聚类分析与靶基因预测,结果发现miR-27和miR-29两种miRNA表达有显著差异,现就这两种miRNA参与调控糖尿病肾病关系、下游信号通路及相关中药研究应用予以综述。 Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus(DM).It is also an important cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).It has been found that microRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of DN.MiR-571,miR-152,miR-1303,miR-192,miR-200,miR-21,miR-146,miR-23,miR-145,miR-126,miR-377 and other miRNAs are all involved in the occurrence and development process of DN.Based on the previous high-throughput sequencing screening of the literature and the research group,clustering analysis and target gene prediction were conducted for the differential miRNAs,and significant differences were found in the expressions of miR-27 and miR-29.This article reviews the involvement of these two miRNAs in the regulation of diabetic nephropathy,downstream signaling pathways and related traditional Chinese medicine research and application.
