摘要
目的探讨基于食物形态调整的摄食训练结合咽部冰刺激对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者咽期活动情况、吞咽功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月收治的360例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者,采用抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各180例。对照组采用常规吞咽功能训练干预,观察组在此基础上应用基于食物形态调整的摄食训练结合咽部冰刺激干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的UES完全开放率高于对照组,PTT短于对照组,HmaxD大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SSA评分低于对照组,VFSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的吞咽症状、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于食物形态调整的摄食训练结合咽部冰刺激可改善脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的咽期活动情况及吞咽功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of feeding training based on food morphology adjustment combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation on pharyngeal activity,swallowing function and quality of life in patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods A total of 360 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke treated from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots method,with 180 cases in each group.The control group received routine swallowing function training intervention,and the observation group received feeding training based on food morphology adjustment combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the complete opening rate of UES in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,PTT was shorter than that in the control group,and HmaxD was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SSA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the VFSS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the swallowing symptoms and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feeding training based on food morphology adjustment combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation can ameliorate the pharyngeal activity and swallowing function of patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke,and improve their quality of life.
