摘要
目的分析自锁矫治器联合种植体支抗治疗成人上颌前突的效果。方法选择我院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的96例上颌前突患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例)。对照组采用传统直丝弓矫治器联合种植体支抗进行治疗,观察组采用自锁矫治器联合种植体支抗进行治疗。比较两组的矫治相关指标(上颌中切牙舌侧移动距离、上颌第一磨牙近中移动距离、牙齿排齐整平时间、拔牙间隙关闭所需时间及总矫治时间)及各项测量指标。结果观察组的上颌中切牙舌侧移动距离大于对照组,上颌第一磨牙近中移动距离小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的牙齿排齐整平时间、拔牙间隙关闭所需时间及总矫治时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的U1-NA(mm)、U1-NA、U1-SN、L1-MP、UL-EP(mm)及LL-EP小于对照组及治疗前,U1-L1大于对照组及治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自锁矫治器联合种植体支抗能够明显缩短成人上颌前突的矫治时间,且治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of self-locking appliance combined with implant anchorage in the treatment of adult maxillary protrusion.Methods Ninety-six patients with maxillary protrusion treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional straight wire appliance combined with implant anchorage,and the observation group was treated with self-locking appliance combined with implant anchorage.The correction related indexes(lingual movement distance of maxillary central incisor,mesial movement distance of maxillary first molar,alignment and leveling time of tooth,time required to close the extraction space and total correction time)and measurement indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The lingual movement distance of maxillary central incisor in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the mesial movement distance of maxillary first molar in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the alignment and leveling time of tooth,the time required to close the extraction space and the total correction time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,U1-NA(mm),U1-NA,U1-SN,L1-MP,UL-EP(mm)and LL-EP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,U1-L1 was greater than that in the control group and before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-locking appliance combined with implant anchorage can significantly shorten the correction time of adult maxillary protrusion,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
