InBody S10人体成分分析仪与Meilen家用体脂称测量人体成分的比较

摘要 目的比较医用人体成分分析仪与家用体脂称测量人体成分的差异性。方法采用InBody S10人体成分分析仪与Meilen家用体脂称同时测定研究对象的全身水分含量、脂肪含量、基础代谢量、内脏脂肪含量等指标。结果分别采用InBody S10人体成分分析仪和Meilen家用体脂称测量全体受试者的水分含量、脂肪含量、基础代谢量、内脏脂肪含量,除内脏脂肪含量外,两种方法的测量数据差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在男性、女性、成年人及老年人亚组,两种检查工具测得的水分含量、脂肪含量及基础代谢量均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而在内脏脂肪含量测量中,两种检查工具测量的结果在男性和老年亚组,数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在女性和成年亚组,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Meilen家用体脂称在测量全身水分含量、基础代谢量、脂肪含量、男性和老年人的内脏脂肪含量方面的准确性较好,而在测量女性及成年人的内脏脂肪含量方面的测量准确性较差。 Objective To compare the difference of body composition measurement between medical body composition analyzer and home body fat scale. Methods InBody S10 body component analyzer and Meilen home body fat scale were used to measure the body water content, fat content, basal metabolic rate and visceral fat content of the subjects. Results Water content, fat content, basal metabolic rate and visceral fat content of all subjects were measured by InBody S10 body composition analyzer and Meilen home body fat scale respectively. Except visceral fat content, there was no statistical significance in the measured data between the two methods(P>0.05).In male, female, adult and elderly subgroups, there were no significant differences in water content, fat content and basal metabolic rate between the two tools(P>0.05).In the measurement of visceral fat content, there was no statistical difference between the two tools in the male and the elderly subgroups(P>0.05).However, there was a statistically significant difference between female and adult subgroups(P<0.05). Conclusion Meilen household body fat scale has good accuracy in measuring systemic water content, basal metabolic rate, fat content, and visceral fat content in men and the elderly, but poor accuracy in measuring visceral fat content in women and adults.
