打造高质量、高影响力期刊,对促进中文科技期刊的发展具有重要意义。期刊编辑部应充分借助国家的发展政策,适应媒体形态的变化,立足自身特色,努力提升学术影响力。同时,转变办刊理念,促进多媒介融合办刊,认真策划选题,吸引优质稿源,培养优秀作者,科学调整栏目,以高质量的论文带动高水平的期刊,不断提升期刊影响力与竞争力。
Creating high-quality and influential journals is of great significance to promote the development of Chinese scitech journals.The editorial departments should make full use of the national development policies,adapt to the changes of media form,base on its own characteristics,and strive to enhance academic influence.At the same time,the influence and competitiveness should be constantly improved by changing the concept of running journals,promoting the integration of multi-media,carefully planning the topics,attracting high-quality manuscript sources,cultivating excellent authors,scientifically adjusting columns and driving high-level journals with high-quality papers.
