摘要
目的探究细节优化护理在初产妇产后母乳喂养、产后康复以及产后抑郁情绪中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2018年2月—2019年1月收治的66例初产妇,根据护理方式分为观察组(33例,采用细节优化护理)和对照组(33例,采用常规护理),比较两组患者的母乳喂养率、产后健康恢复时间、产后抑郁情绪概率和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组产后母乳喂养率96.97%,产后抑郁情绪概率为6.06%,与对照组相比,产后抑郁概率显著较低,但产后母乳喂养率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.542、6.519,P<0.05)。观察组非常满意30例,满意1例,不满意2例,满意度93.94%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.759,P=0.005)。结论在初产妇的临床护理中采用细节优化护理,能够合理提升母乳喂养率,加快产妇产后康复速度,避免发生产后抑郁情况,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of detailed optimization nursing in postpartum breastfeeding,postpartum rehabilitation and postpartum depression of primiparas.Methods The 66 primiparous women admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were conveniently selected and divided into observation group(33 cases,using detailed optimized care)and control group(33 cases,using conventional care)according to the nursing method,and compared the two groups patients'breastfeeding rate,postpartum health recovery time,probability of postpartum depression and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the observation group's postpartum breastfeeding rate was 96.97%,and the postpartum depression probability was 6.06%.Compared with the control group,the postpartum depression probability was significantly lower,but the postpartum breastfeeding rate was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.542,6.519,P<0.05).In the observation group,30 cases were very satisfied,1 case was satisfied,and 2 cases were dissatisfied.The satisfaction rate was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.759,P=0.005).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of primiparas,the use of detailed optimization nursing can reasonably increase the breastfeeding rate,speed up the postpartum recovery of the parturients,avoid postpartum depression,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
