摘要
为了探究热处理工艺对铝合金组织性能的影响,将双级固溶热处理工艺引入铝合金材料制备,统计铝合金试件晶粒尺寸,并观察铝合金试件再结晶比例变化情况。完成热处理工艺后,铝合金试件的晶粒平均尺寸为149.84μm,且铝合金试件的结晶比例不断降低。因此,热处理工艺能够降低铝合金的再结晶比例,有效改善铝合金试件的机械加工性能,从而进一步提高铝合金试件的组织性能。
In order to explore the effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy.Methods:the two-stage solution heat treatment process was introduced into the preparation of aluminum alloy,the grain size of aluminum alloy specimens was counted,and the change of recrystallization ratio of aluminum alloy specimens was observed.The average grain size of aluminum alloy after heat treatment is 149.84μm.The crystallization ratio of aluminum alloy specimen decreases continuously.The heat treatment process can reduce the recrystallization ratio of aluminum alloy,effectively improve the machinability of aluminum alloy specimens,and further improve the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy specimens.
