摘要
对于高精度、低刚性的细长杆件,在测量其尺寸及形位公差时,不同装夹方式会导致杆件自身弹性变形,从而影响测量的准确性。因此,利用ANASYS软件对细长杆件进行受力分析,得出细长杆件的通用装夹位置,开拓了利用有限元分析方法改善精密测量不确定度的思路。
For high precision and low rigidity slender bar,different clamping methods will lead to elastic deformation of bar itself,which will affect the accuracy of measurement.In this paper,ANASYS software is used to analyze the force of slender bar,and the general clamping position of slender bar is obtained,the idea of using finite element analysis method to improve the uncertainty of precision measurement is developed.
