摘要
以某子午线轮胎为研究对象,在solidworks中建立橡胶层、帘布层、带束层、补强层,钢丝实体模型,然后导入Nastran中建立有限元模型,在不同网格尺度的情况下分析静载荷下的应力和变形量。结果对比显示,该轮胎在10mm网格大小分析精度及计算量最优。此结果对后续更准确的进行轮胎驻波临界速度仿真分析和轮胎的合理性评价都提供了有效的数据支撑。
Taking a radial tire as the research object,the solid models of rubber layer,cord layer and steel wire are established in SolidWorks,and then the finite element model is established in Nastran to analyze the stress and deformation under different grid scales.The results show that the tire has the best analysis accuracy and calculation amount under the grid size of 10 mm.The results provide a certain reference for the subsequent simulation analysis of the critical speed of standing wave and the rationality evaluation of tire.
