优化全厂流程提高异丁烷和丙烷产品质量的研究

摘要 浙江石油化工有限公司炼油芳烃事业部通过研究全厂流程,优化液化气加工工艺流程,充分利用现有装置脱乙烷能力和脱硫醇能力,最大程度回收重整液化气丙烷纯度≥96.5%达到丙烷脱氢装置原料指标(纯度≥96.5%),同时脱除异丁烷产品硫含量不达标的高硫原料,达到异丁烷产品协议要求的硫含量指标(硫含量≤10mg/m^(3))。提升了高附加值产品产量,最大程度地实现“分子炼油”技术的大型工业化应用。 Zhejiang petrochemical co.,LTD refining aromatic group by studying the coordination process,optimization of liquefied petroleum gas processing technological process,make full use of existing equipment to take off the ethane ability and the ability of mercaptan,maximum recovery reorganization liquefied propane or greater purity 96.5%propane dehydrogenation plant raw material index(purity 96.5%or higher),at the same time removing isobutane substandard high sulfur content in raw materials,products have reached the agreement calls for the sulfur content of isobutane index(sulfur content 10 mg/m^(3))or less.It has increased the output of high value-added products and realized the large-scale industrial application of"molecular refining"technology to the greatest extent.
