摘要
根据相似原理,对100t精炼钢包建立了几何比例为1:3.0的水力学模拟,通过研究不同底吹条件对钢包混匀时间的影响,确定了100t钢包底部透气砖数量与位置。试验表明:在双孔方案下,原型1与A处的组合为最优方案,在大流量搅拌过程以及软吹去夹杂过程中均得到较优的效果,相较于原型,最高可缩短混匀时间11.3%。
According to the similitude principle,1:3.0 water mechanical model has been established for 100t la⁃dle,the influence of different bottom blowing conditions on the complete mixing time in the ladle was studied.Quanti⁃ty and position of permeable bricks at the bottom of ladle were determined.The results show that under the dual-hole scheme,the combination of prototype 1 and A is the optimal scheme,which can obtain better results in the process of large-flow stirring and soft blowing to remove inclusions,the mixing time can be shortened by up to 11.3%compared to the prototype.
