摘要
目的:探讨卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的声像图特征及超声对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值。方法:选取在医院经手术及病理确诊并行超声检查的71例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者的临床资料,对其彩色多普勒超声图像进行分析,并与病理结果对照。结果:病理结果显示71例患者共有75个卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤病灶,其中单侧67例(右侧36例,左侧31例),双侧4例。超声检出71个卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤病灶,其中诊断为卵巢畸胎瘤58个,未定性9个,误诊4个,另有4个漏诊。超声检出率94.7%,诊断准确率77.3%,漏诊率5.3%,误诊率5.3%。结论:彩色多普勒超声对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic features of ovarian mature cystic teratoma(MCT)and the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound on ovarian MCT.Methods:The clinical data of 71 patients with ovarian MCT who were confirmed by surgery and pathological examination and who underwent ultrasound examination in hospital were selected.And the images of color Doppler ultrasound of them were analyzed,and were further compared with the results of pathological examination.Results:The pathological results indicated there were 75 ovarian MCT in 71 patients.Among of them,67 cases were unilateral(36 cases were in right side and 31 cases were in left side),and 4 cases were bilateral.71 ovarian MCT lesions were found by ultrasound,and 58 lesions of them were confirmed as teratoma of ovary,and 9 lesions of them were indeterminacy,and 4 lesions were misdiagnosis,and other 4 lesions were missed diagnosis.The relevance ratio of ultrasound was 94.7%,and the accuracy rate of that was 77.3%,and the rate of misdiagnosis was 5.3%and the rate of missed diagnosis was 5.3%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has higher clinical application value in the diagnosis of ovarian MCT.
