摘要
片式多层陶瓷电容(MLCC)常见的测试参数有4个:耐压(TV)、绝缘(IR)、容量(CP)和损耗(DF),其中绝缘包括正向绝缘测试和反向绝缘测试。早期的测试分选设备以四参数单轨测试分选设备、耐压/绝缘两参数测试分选设备和容量/损耗两参数测试分选设备为主。采用多轨同步测试,替代传统的单轨测试,从而大大提高了整机的测试效率,同时节省了场地和人工成本;另外,硬件成本也相对地大幅降低,从而大大提高了设备的性价比和市场竞争力,因此现在市面上进口的这类测试分选设备多数采用多轨模式。由于高速测试,数据信息量大,因此设备采用工控机来控制。工控机配以伺服控制卡、GPIB卡级联控制四参数的测试、DI/DO控制以及可编程电源串口控制等,再通过IO接口,控制和采集多路恒流预充电/放电等外围控制盒,完成整台设备的测试分选工作。
The common test parameters of MLCC are withstand voltage(TV),insulation resistance(IR),capacity(CP)and dissipation factor(DF). The IR includes forward insulation test and reverse insulation test. The early testing and sorting equipment mainly consisted of four parameter mono-channel testing and sorting equipment,two parameter withstand voltage(TV)/insulation(IR)testing and sorting equipment,and two parameter capacity(CP)/dissipation factor(DF)testing and sorting equipment. Multi track synchronous test was adopted to replace the traditional single track test,which greatly improved the test efficiency of the whole machine and saved the site and labor costs. In addition,the hardware cost was also relatively reduced,which greatly improved the cost performance and market competitiveness of the equipment. Therefore,most of the imported testing and sorting equipment in the market now adopted the multi track mode. Because of the high-speed test and large amount of data information,the equipment was controlled by industrial computer. The industrial computer was equipped with servo control card,GPIB card cascade control,four parameter test,DI/DO control and serial port control of programmable power supply,and then through the IO interface,it controled and collected multi-channel constant current precharge/discharge and other peripheral control boxes to complete the test and sorting of the whole equipment.
