摘要
对精细化工企业生产主要特点进行了梳理、总结,从近年来精细化工企业发生的事故出发,分析了主要事故原因,提出了安全控制措施,并通过在工厂的工程实践来阐述氮气保护在事故预防中的作用,以期为精细化工企业提高本质安全水平提供一些帮助。
This paper sorts out and summarizes the main characteristics of fine chemical industry production.Starting from the accidents which have occurred in fine chemical companies in recent years,the main causes of accidents are analyzed,safety control measures are proposed,and the role of nitrogen protection in accident prevention is explained through engineering practices in factory in order to provide some helps for fine chemical enterprises to improve their intrinsic safety level.
