摘要 斯坦福大学开发的生物力学与步态分析软件OpenSim主要用于人体肌肉骨骼系统的可视化、建模与分析,在生物力学、神经科学、人体工程、康复工程、体育科学和教育等领域得到了广泛的应用。该文从人体骨肌系统仿真分析的发展历史,基于OpenSim的运动与动力学分析、生物力学应用建模、平台算法创新与外部软件的连接和功能扩展等方面对OpenSim的应用现状进行介绍,有助于研究人员系统地了解OpenSim在生物力学领域的最新研究进展和应用成果,为OpenSim在生物力学领域后续研究工作的开展提供参考。 The biomechanics and gait analysis software OpenSim developed by Stanford University is mainly used for the visualization,modeling and analysis of the human musculoskeletal system.Recently,it has been widely used in the fields of biomechanics,neuroscience,human engineering,rehabilitation engineering,sports science,and education.This article introduces the application status of OpenSim from the development history of human musculoskeletal system simulation analysis,OpenSim-based motion and dynamic analysis,biomechanics application modeling,platform algorithm innovation and external software connection and function expansion.It helps researchers to systematically understand the latest research progress and application results of OpenSim in the field of biomechanics,and provides reference for the development of Opensim's follow-up research work in the field of biomechanics.
