摘要
现阶段,水库的兴利调度是保障水库自身服务区域用水安全、稳定的必然需要。以往水库上游来水单一,其兴利调度往往较为成熟。但随着外部调水工程的推进,区域水库的来水源发生较大变化,变化水源下水库的兴利调度需要综合考虑不同水源自身的来水特性,同时统筹考虑其来水耦合特性也是水利学者研究的热点问题。以日照水库为例,基于其现状及规划调水实际,设置了现状及规划两种工况情景,立足于日照水库自身的历史数据和区域用水户实际需求,采用了长系列时历法兴利调节计算分析其可供水量及供水保证率,绘制了现状及规划工况下的兴利调度图,为保障日照水库服务区域用水安全、稳定提供了依据。
At present,profit-making operation of the reservoir is an inevitable need to ensure the water safety and stability in the reservoir service area.In the past,the upstream water of the reservoir was single,and its profit-making operation was more mature.However,with the advance of external water diversion projects,the incoming water sources of regional reservoirs have changed greatly.The utilization and operation of reservoirs with different water sources need to comprehensively consider the incoming water characteristics of different water sources,and the overall consideration of the incoming water coupling characteristics is also a hot issue for hydraulic scholars.Taking Rizhao reservoir as an example,this study is based on the present situation and the actual water diversion plan,set up two kinds of working condition,present situation and planning based on the Rizhao reservoir of historical data and the reservoir area water user needs,using a long series of calendar advantages adjustment calculation and analysis of the water supply and water supply reliability,mapped the present situation and planning condition of irrigation scheduling figure,in order to ensure the security of Rizhao reservoir water service area,stable to provide the basis.
