摘要
为了提高工作面回采率,以北辛窑煤业公司8102工作面为研究对象,根据工作面的地质概况,采用正规循环的作业方式,分析正规循环作业的主要工序,并在现场实际应用。结果表明:在使用正规循环作业后,影响生产的时间明显缩短,设备配件损坏的几率大大降低,生产成本明显下降,设备运输、更换时产生的不安全因素得以消除,提高了工作面回采的安全性,减轻了工人的劳动强度。
In order to improve the recovery rate of the working face,taking the 8102 working face of Beixinyao Coal Industry Company as the research object,according to the geological situation of the working face,adopting the regular circulation operation mode,the main working procedures of the regular circulation operation are analyzed and applied in the field.The results show that after using regular circulation operation,the time affecting production is obviously shortened,the probability of damage to equipment parts is greatly reduced,the production cost is obviously reduced,and the unsafe factors caused by equipment transportation and replacement are eliminated.The safety of mining in working face is improved and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
