畜产品存在问题及动物检疫作用

摘要 随着人们对健康、安全、养生的追求,食品安全越来越受到人们的重视。我国相继颁布了有关食品安全法和动物检疫法等,表明我国对人民生活质量和食品安全逐渐重视起来,促使动物检疫势必成为保障食品安全的必要手段。该文把畜禽饲养环境安全问题、畜禽食用的营养安全问题、畜禽屠宰加工运输过程安全问题、畜产品的规范经营安全问题等畜产品在生产、屠宰、加工、经营等方面存在的主要安全问题做出分析,并将动物检疫的目的和执行、动物检疫的分类和作用等进行简单阐述。 With people's pursuit of health,safety and health preservation,food safety has received more and more attention.My country has successively promulgated relevant food safety laws and animal quarantine laws,which show that my country is gradually attaching importance to people's quality of life and food safety,and promoting animal quarantine is bound to become a necessary means to ensure food safety.This article considers the main safety issues in the production,slaughter,processing,and management of livestock products,such as the safety of livestock and poultry breeding environment,the nutritional safety of livestock and poultry consumption,the safety of livestock and poultry slaughtering,processing and transportation,and the safety of standardized management of livestock products.Analyze the problem,and briefly explain the purpose and implementation of animal quarantine,and the classification and role of animal quarantine.
