摘要
泰州某城镇污水处理厂对尾水进行综合利用,根据园区企业工业循环冷却水、洗涤工艺用水和城市绿化浇洒用水的要求,确定回用水水质标准。工业用水规模为1800 t/d,采用自清洗过滤器+超滤+反渗透+消毒工艺,水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)的要求;反渗透出水与污水处理厂消毒池出水混合,经消毒后作为城市绿化浇洒用水,规模为700 t/d,水质达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2020)的要求。该系统建成运行1年多以来,出水稳定达到回用水水质要求。本项目投资为2560万元,工业用水单价为5.47元/t,绿化用水单价为3.1元/t,综合水价为4.804元/t。本项目是城镇污水处理厂尾水再生处理后用作工业循环冷却水和洗涤工艺用水的典型案例,是污水再生后用作工业用水的成功示范。
An urban sewage treatment plant in Taizhou comprehensively utilizes tail water,and determines the quality of recycled water according to the requirements of industrial circulating cooling water,washing process water and urban afforestation water in the park.The industrial water scale is 1800 t/d,using self-cleaning filter+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+disinfection process,and the water quality meets the requirements of"Urban Sewage Recycling and Industrial Water Quality"(GB/T 19923—2005);the reverse osmosis effluent is mixed with the effluent from the disinfection pool of the sewage treatment plant,and after disinfection,it is used as water for urban greening,with a scale of 700 t/d,the water quality meets the requirements of"Urban Wastewater Recycling and Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality"(GB/T 18920—2020).Since the system was built and operated for more than one year,the effluent has stably met the water quality requirements for reused water.The project investment is 25.6 million yuan,the unit price of industrial water is 5.47 yuan/t,the unit price of greening water is 3.1 yuan/t,and the comprehensive water price is 4.804 yuan/t.This project is a typical case of urban sewage treatment plant tail water used as industrial circulating cooling water and washing process water after regeneration,and it is a successful demonstration of using sewage as industrial water after regeneration.
