摘要
古城旅游地住宿业空间格局既遵循一般住宿业区位规律,也受其原有空间格局影响,同时也会影响古城保护和居民生活的空间格局。运用ArcGIS软件,探讨平遥古城住宿业空间格局演变特征与影响因素,研究发现:随着旅游业的发展,平遥古城住宿业空间格局呈现出“单一核心-多个核心”“中心集聚-边缘扩散”“片区集聚-网状连片分布”的变化趋势,以古城中心为核心不断向边缘地区发散式扩张;古城中心地带的住宿业集聚特征明显,而边缘地区住宿设施集聚程度较弱,成网状分布;结合文献并根据平遥古城住宿业空间演变规律总结出影响其住宿业分布的因素有旅游资源分布、古城街巷空间格局、交通可达性、地价和政府规划等。
The Ancient City of Ping Yao is one of the two ancient city-type world cultural heritages in China.After the success of the application in 1997,tourism development has made rapid progress,and The Ancient City of Ping Yao has become one of the most valuable and attractive tourist destinations in Shanxi Province.Due to its size and location,it has developed into a tourism center in Shanxi,attracting a large number of Chinese and foreign tourists,and promoted the rapid development of different grades and characteristics of the accommodation industry.There are currently 371 accommodation facilities in The Ancient City of Ping Yao.The spatial pattern of the ancient city-type tourism destination accommodation industry not only follows the location rules of the general accommodation industry,but also will be affected by the original spatial pattern of the ancient city.At the same time,it will also affect the protection of the ancient city and the spatial pattern of residents'lives.The development of the accommodation industry in the historical and cultural city needs to be coordinated with the protection of ancient buildings and ancient dwellings,as well as reasonable planning and regulation.In order to enable the healthy and orderly development of The Ancient City of Ping Yao,according to the development law of The Ancient City of Ping Yao,the 1997-2018 period was divided into four time periods according to 2001,2006,2013,and 2018.The spatial analysis function of ArcGIS software was used to explore the spatial pattern of the ancient city's accommodation industry over time evolution characteristics,explore the influencing factors of the spatial pattern evolution of the ancient city.The study found that with the rapid development of tourism,the spatial pattern of The Ancient City of Ping Yao's accommodation industry has shown a trend of changes from"single core to multiple cores","central agglomeration to edge diffusion",and"area agglomeration to network continuous distribution".With the central area of The Ancient City
