摘要
家长的家庭教育素养包括家庭教育观念、家庭教育知识、家庭教育能力、家庭教育意识等内容。家庭教育素养是家庭教育的前提和基础,既直接影响家庭教育质量,也决定家庭教育成败。主要采用问卷调查的形式,从家庭教育观念、家庭教育知识、家庭教育能力、家庭教育意识等四个维度,对50岁以下中青年家长的家庭教育素养状况进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了梳理和分析,发现家长对自身家庭教育素养的评价在不同维度有不同结果。总的来看,家长对自身家庭教育观念素养、家庭教育能力、家庭教育意识的评价较为积极,但对自身家庭教育知识的评价则较为消极。在分析家长家庭教育素养各维度状况的基础上给出了合理化建议,希望能对广大家长家庭教育素养的提升起到启发和促进作用。
Parents’family education literacy includes the concept,the knowledge,the ability,and the consciousness of family education and so on.Parents’family education literacy is an important premise and foundation of family education,which directly affects the quality of family education and determines the success or failure of family education.Based on the form of questionnaire survey,the family education literacy status of young and middle-aged parents under 50 years of age was investigated through the above-mentioned four dimensions,and the results of the survey were combed and analyzed.Generally speaking,parents’evaluation of their own concept accomplishment,ability and consciousness of family education is more positive,but the evaluation of their own knowledge of family education is relatively negative.On the basis of analyzing the situation of parents’family education literacy,this study gives some reasonable suggestions,hoping to enlighten and promote the improvement of parents’family education literacy.
