摘要
从城市发展、土地开发、交通衔接、运营管理、体制机制等方面剖析了青岛市轨道交通运营客流过低的原因,提出了合理确定城市轨道交通线网布局、科学安排城市轨道交通线路建设时序、优化城市轨道交通沿线土地利用、促进多元公共交通方式融合、提高城市轨道交通自身规建管水平等5个方面的改进措施,以提高客流效益,促进城市轨道交通可持续发展。
Cause of low passenger flow of Qingdao urban rail transit is investigated from the aspects of urban development,land development,transportation connection,operation management,and institutional mechanisms.A series of improvement measures,including reasonably determining the layout of urban rail transit line network,scientifically assigning construction sequence of urban rail transit lines,optimizing land use along the lines,promoting integration of multiple modes of transport and improving level of planning-construction-operation,are put forward for encouraging efficiency of passenger flow and promoting sustainable development of urban rail transit.
