氯化氢合成装置分两线运行总结

摘要 原氯化氢合成装置采用的工艺路线是:由两条电解生产线生产的氯气(氢气)合并至总管后供给8台氯化氢合成炉。运行中存在的问题是:当一条电解生产线出现异常时,运行的所有合成炉都受到影响,不仅降低氯化氢产量,也给生产带来安全隐患。改造措施是:将氯化氢合成系统分成两线,分别对应一条电解生产线。总结了改造后氯化氢合成装置的开车及运行经验。 The original process route of the hydrogen chloride synthesis was:the chlorine(hydrogen)produced by the two electrolysis production lines was combined into the main pipe and then supplied to 8 hydrogen chloride synthesis furnaces.The problem in operation was that when an electrolytic production line was abnormal,all synthetic furnaces in operation would be affected,which not only reduced the output of hydrogen chloride,but also brought potential safety hazards to production.The modification measures were;the hydrogen chloride synthesis system was divided into two lines corresponding to a electrolysis production line respectively.The experience in the start-up and operation of the hydrogen chloride synthesis unit after transformation was summarized.
