基于产城融合理论的新区发展趋势探讨——以青岛市黄岛开发区为例

摘要 在存量增长阶段,中国大中型城市普遍进入了城市空间结构调整,城市化质量提升的新阶段。城市新区土地权属明确,土地资源存量丰富,是城市未来一段时间用于置换城市功能、优化产业结构的重要对象。基于产城融合相关理论,对城市新区进行合理规划,可以有效提升新区的整体经济活力,促进城市整体布局优化。通过大数据手段,对城市人口和工作岗位分布进行动态检测,可能是实现产城融合的有效途径。 In the stage of stock growth,China’s large and medium-sized cities have generally entered a new stage of urban spatial structure adjustment and urbanization quality improvement.The land ownership of new urban areas is clear,and the land stock resources are rich.It is an important object for the city to replace the urban inner functions and optimize the industrial structure for a period in the future.Based on the theory of city and industry integration,reasonable planning of urban new district can effectively enhance the overall economic vitality of the new area and promote the overall layout optimization of the city.It may be an effective way to realize the integration of industry and city by means of big data to dynamically detect the distribution of urban population and jobs.
