摘要 介绍了皖北煤电集团有限责任公司智慧矿山建设的探索路径,并对探索初期和探索中期取得的主要成果及主要成效进行了分析,提出了麻地梁煤矿智慧矿山建设思路,详细阐述了包括顶层设计、优化设计、创新管理、数据治理方面的智慧矿山体系建设,最后对包括矿井十大智慧系统、5G+智慧矿山建设成果进行了阐述。麻地梁煤矿智慧矿山建设本着“目标引领、整体设计、分步实施、逐渐完善”的原则,以“本质安全、降本增效、绿色低碳、为煤矿工人谋幸福”为目标,以科技攻关和成果应用为抓手,以集中管控、应急联动、数据共享、移动互联、业务融合为基础,推进生产过程智能化、安全监控数字化、企业管理信息化、信息管理集成化,以实现矿井智慧化。 The exploration path of intelligent mine construction in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.was introduced,and the main achievements and main effects obtained in the initial stage and middle stage of exploration were analyzed,and the ideas of intelligent mine construction of Madiliang Coal Mine were put forward,the intelligent mine system construction was elaborated in detail including top-level design,optimization design,innovation management and data government,and the 5G+intelligent mine construction achievements were expounded,such as the top ten mine intelligent systems,5G+industrial Internet engineering application.The smart mine construction of Madiliang Coal Mine is based on the principle of"goal leading,overall design,step-by-step implementation and gradual improvement",the goal of"intrinsic safety,cost reduction and efficiency increase,green and low carbon,and seeking happiness for coal miners",the focus of scientific and technological research and achievement application,and the basis of centralized control,emergency linkage,data sharing,mobile Internet and business integration,so as to promote the intellectualization of production process,digitization of safety monitoring,informatization of enterprise management and integration of information management,and finally realize the intellectualization of mine.
